- Tuition requirement details posted by guardians.
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and device type.
How we use information
- To match guardians with suitable tutors and to verify tutor identity.
- To provide guardian care support, confirmations and replacements.
- To send service updates, and marketing messages you can opt out of at any time.
- To improve the platform and prevent misuse.
Sharing
- Limited profile information is shared with a guardian when a tutor applies to their job, and with a tutor when a match is proposed.
- We share data with service providers who help us operate the platform, and where the law requires it.
- We do not sell personal information.
Retention
- We keep account information while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet legal and record-keeping needs.
Your choices
- You can review and update your profile at any time, unsubscribe from marketing messages, or request account deletion by contacting support.
Security
- Access to personal information is restricted to staff who need it, and verification documents are stored with restricted access.
Children
- Accounts are for adults. Where a student is a minor, a parent or guardian manages the account and consents to the processing described here.
