Return Policy.

1. A service, not a product

We provide tutoring and tutor-matching services. Because nothing physical is shipped, a traditional product return does not apply to most of what we offer.

2. Returning a tutor match

If a matched tutor does not suit your requirement, you may request a replacement within the first 30 days of the tuition starting.

Replacements are provided at no extra service charge, subject to tutor availability.

3. Digital study materials

Downloadable notes, question banks and recorded sessions cannot be returned once accessed.

If a file is corrupted or does not match its description, we replace it or refund it.

4. Physical materials

Where we occasionally supply printed materials, they may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.

5. How to start a return

Email hello@tuitionmaster.com from your registered address with your order or tuition code and a short description. Our team responds within 2 working days.

6. Linked policies

Any money returned as part of an approved return is processed under our Refund Policy timelines and methods.
