Fees, referrals and refunds

Everything about money on Tuition Master in one place — what is free, what is charged, and how you get your money back.

Referral system

  • Every verified tutor and campus ambassador gets a unique referral identity from their dashboard.
  • A referral counts only when the referred tutor completes verification and confirms one paid tuition.
  • Referral rewards are credited after the first month of tuition is completed and confirmed by the guardian.
  • Self-referral, duplicate accounts and fake guardian requests cancel all pending rewards.

Platform fee

  • Guardians pay no platform fee. Posting a requirement, receiving CVs and the demo class are free.
  • A selected tutor pays a one-time platform fee equal to a portion of the first month's salary for that tuition.
  • The exact amount is shown before the tutor confirms the tuition — no hidden or repeat charge for the same tuition.
  • Fees are collected manually via bKash / Nagad / bank until the online gateway goes live. Always keep the transaction ID.

Media fee

  • Media fee applies only when Tuition Master arranges, coordinates and guarantees the tuition on behalf of the guardian.
  • It covers tutor screening, document verification, replacement support and monthly follow-up calls.
  • The media fee is quoted in writing before the tuition starts and is never deducted from the tutor's monthly salary without consent.
  • If the tuition is cancelled before the first class, the media fee is fully waived.

Return policy

  • If a tutor leaves within the first 30 days, Tuition Master arranges a replacement tutor at no extra fee.
  • If no suitable replacement is found within 15 days, any collected fee is returned in full.
  • Refund requests must be raised from the dashboard or helpline within 7 days of the issue.
  • Approved refunds are returned through the original payment channel within 7 working days.
