1. About these conditions

These terms and conditions form the agreement between you and us for every tuition matched through our platform.

They apply alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

2. Booking a tutor

A booking is confirmed only after the guardian accepts a specific tutor and the demo class has been completed.

Class days, timings, monthly fee and duration must be agreed in writing before the paid classes begin.

3. Service charge

Guardians pay no charge for posting a requirement. Tutors pay a one-time service charge equal to a portion of the first month tuition fee once a tuition is confirmed.

The exact amount is shown to the tutor before they confirm the tuition.

4. Manual payment process

Until an online payment gateway is enabled, service charges are settled manually through bKash, Nagad or bank transfer.

After sending payment you must submit the transaction ID in your dashboard. Our team verifies each payment, usually within 24 working hours.

5. Replacement guarantee

If a confirmed tutor discontinues within the first 30 days, we provide a suitable replacement at no additional service charge, subject to availability.

6. Cancellation

Either party may end a tuition with seven days notice. Fees for classes already taken remain payable to the tutor.

7. Conduct and safety

Tutors must carry identification to the first class. Guardians must provide a safe and appropriate teaching environment. Any safety concern must be reported to us immediately.

8. Bypassing the platform

Arranging a tuition outside the platform after being introduced through us, in order to avoid the service charge, may result in permanent suspension.

9. Changes

We may revise these conditions. Continued use of the platform after an update means you accept the revised version.
