Terms of Use.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using the platform you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

We may update these terms as the service evolves.

2. Who can use the platform

You must be at least 18 years old to create a tutor or guardian account. Accounts for students below 18 must be managed by a parent or legal guardian.

3. Accounts and verification

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your login credentials secure.

Tutors agree to submit identification and academic documents for verification. Submitting false documents leads to permanent removal.

4. Matching and service charge

We introduce guardians and tutors. The tuition agreement itself is between the guardian and the tutor.

A one-time service charge becomes payable once a tuition is confirmed.

5. Payments

Tuition fees are paid directly by the guardian to the tutor unless otherwise agreed. Service charges are non-refundable except where a replacement cannot be provided.

6. Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, misrepresentation and bypassing the platform to avoid service charges are prohibited and may result in suspension.

7. Content

You keep ownership of the content you upload, and grant us a licence to display it where needed to operate the service.

8. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for the conduct of any guardian, student or tutor, nor for indirect losses arising from use of the platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms. You can request account closure at any time by contacting support.
